We currently deliver pan-India, with dispatch from our Thane & Mumbai facility.

Production Time
Since every sofa is made to order, production time varies by design and fabric chosen. The exact timeline for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, so you know what to expect upfront.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and courier serviceability, with metro cities generally receiving orders faster than more remote pin codes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is free across Mumbai. For deliveries outside Mumbai, shipping charges will be communicated to you once your order is placed with us.

Tracking
You'll receive order and dispatch updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, along with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery & Installation
Large furniture items are delivered with care, and our team assists with basic assembly at your doorstep where applicable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and check for any visible damage before signing off.

Delays
While we aim to meet all timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or festive season load may occasionally extend delivery. We'll keep you informed if this happens.
